I log daily media hits for a small publisher. We distribute Joel Salatin’s books, so one of my Google Alerts trolls the net for mentions of him and his work. Increasingly, I’m finding christian bloggers examining the issues of ethical food production and ethical eating.

Evidence like green christian bloggers tells me that when people dig deep and ask themselves what’s right, good, and true…they often agree. I don’t think earth stewardship is alien to any human.
